I haven't tried myself on v12, but from posts above it does work on v12.

SeLi I don't have a guide but:

Download this plugin https://github.com/roundcube/roundcubemail/tree/master/plugins/managesieve (it's probably already installed)
Copy it to /path/to/roundcube/plugins
Edit /path/to/roundcube/config/config.inc.php
Add the following to config.inc.php at the bottom: $config['managesieve_host'] = 'tls://email.domain.here.com';
In config.inc.php file, change$config['plugins'] to include managesieve i.e. $config['plugins'] = ['enhance_login', 'thunderbird_labels', 'banner_warn', 'markasjunk', 'enhance_password', 'easy_unsubscribe', 'managesieve'];

That's it! 🎉😊

That is working on main. I was also follow guide for "Deployment (Customer's Domains i.e. mail.customer.com)" but this is not working if reseller create a webmail. For customer and for main it working. But if reseller setup a webmail this is not working. It is some where else...

I can't remember of the top of my head, I'll have to loop back later and let you know!

Managesieve Plugin:
That's correct. The docs state this:

// Managesieve server host (and optional port). Default: localhost.
// Replacement variables supported in host name:
// %h - user's IMAP hostname
// %n - http hostname ($_SERVER['SERVER_NAME'])
// %d - domain (http hostname without the first part)
// For example %n = mail.domain.tld, %d = domain.tld

So, you should be able to do this (but I've not tried):

$config['managesieve_host'] = 'tls://mail.%h';

enhance_password is working like a charm. BUT it is not working on a reseller webmail. Reseller could setup a global webmail from settings -> Platform -> Global webmail domain
But there seems another php container who also need get the plugin. With su - roundcubelocal you could only modify customer roundcube. But not global reseller webmail.

Managesieve Plugin:
Maybe then $config['managesieve_host'] = 'tls://mail.%d'; because imap hostname could be pre set as mail.domain.tld ?

Password Plugin:
I figure it out... he create a website called webmail_2 ... and so on... there it need also place it inside.. you can exdtend your description. 🙂 it called webmail_X and X stands for number...
