Same. Only If the company forum seems dead or is badly moderated do I go to unofficial sources. This forum is neither of those.
On facebook you lose code formatting and pretty much everything that is good. Most developers / sysadmins will go to facebook as a last resort.
Discord is nice but in my experience if you actually need help with something slightly complicated you get very short and useless answers because too much is going on. In a forum you post and wait longer for an initial response but its quality is higher.
If you need fast support, a ticket is always best.
