Abandon mailbaby?

We've been using mailbaby mainly for a bit of outbound protection and avoidance of blacklisting until better measures are available within Enhance.

The problem is I don't want to have to modify SPF records during cPanel migrations to authorize mailbaby and dns templating just creates a duplicate SPF.

Any busy email roles on Enhance estates without a smart host, and do you have many issues without outbound email? Any other advice? I'm starting to migrate cPanel accounts and need them to complete as quickly as possible with as little massaging as possible.

MediaServe I would also like to disable mailbaby and use my IP, but I'm going to wait for some of the roadmapped mail features.
Specially more control over outgoing spam and the email queue interface.

That my fear as well! But I might brave it though (or maybe not). I'm conflicted lol.

I'm kinda wondering if throttling email rates will prevent any serious blacklist problems if I ditch mailbaby.

I haven’t gone live with it, but in testing made one server with the mail role and ensured it had the appropriate records in place. It worked really well and will be what we use going forward.

That said our CP server goes through a mailbox on mailrouting.net to ensure deliverability.

Incoming spam enhance will hopefully take care of
