      Do not pay attention to these things, sometimes to avoid bad impressions on new members moderators took these steps and i think this might also be bcz of some policy voilation (use of some bad words or something, idk).. Never ever apologize for raising voice for community, there will always some who resist, keep contributing. Peace! ✌

        :-) I know but I was hoping for a confirmation from @Aliysa_Enhance on the fact that there are no new postponements beyond those that have already been made regarding this very important and long-awaited update.

            george Just be patient. It is not the end of the month. Should not expect any updates until the end of the month.

            If it is "late", it is "late". Development can run behind. As others have said and I am sure everyone would expect, a stable update. Things can come up later in testing that were unexpected and just to push an update because you've set a timeframe is stupid.

            I believe the dates/months were only added because people were impatient, now they are there, people are taking this as a hard set date. The team at Enhance cannot win either way.

                I’m fairly certain that version 12 is already ready and running smoothly on new installations. However, they’re likely doing additional testing to ensure that upgrades on existing servers go through without issues. Dropping Docker containers and switching to systemd is almost a complete rewrite for the way Enhance is being deployed, adding further complexity to the upgrade process. The challenge is always ensuring a smooth upgrade for current servers, especially with so many possibilities , thousands of servers, each with different settings..while keeping manual intervention to a minimum, which can take more time to perfect.

                    It's certainly possible, but there's a good reason large software companies stagger upgrades so if there is a major issue that wasn't found in testing, the update can be pulled.

                    This won't be the case with Enhance, given the lower user base right now and that i'd imagine everyone is hawking the release page and will push the button on upgrading without thinking..

                            I assume you're asking about the cPFence Free version? If so, yes, the free version is limited to 5 website clusters and applies only to the main control panel server. However, the paid version offers support for unlimited websites.

I think it might be a good idea for them to open up beta testing for clients who are willing to participate. Switching from Docker to systemd is a bold move by the Enhance team, but they’re talented developers and, given enough time, I’m confident they’ll pull it off. During discussions with my team about how to adapt to systemd, we realized that the possibilities for Enhance are much greater now. This shift will allow for new features and integrations that were previously delayed or difficult to implement due to Docker’s limitations.

                                    Like i said in earlier posts, you plan and push smaller things first so when you have to revamp whole architecture you can do that in peace without users dancing on shoulders bcz by taking care of necessary things first, user do not poke you about new features and you take your sweet time to work on big changes.. but here everyone gets triggered by this approach so now only thing you can do is wait patiently!
