We have shareholders in common and Stablepoint was an early adopter since Upmind was in alpha. Many of their requirements as a growing, global brand have driven the development of features such as Indian GST/tax rules, customer secrets vault, support pins, free trials etc which are available for all Upmind customers to use.

Zoinkies Did you managed to find more information about this upcoming product? I am confused between WHMCS and Upmind. Not sure what direction should I go. It is very hard to move away.

gavin Hey, we’re sticking with WHMCS, we tried to move 10 customers over and see how they got on but the limitations are too much with Upmind. If we need to add/remove/modify any workflow or change simple things we can with WHMCS quickly, but with Upmind you cannot you have to wait.

I think as far as integration WHMCS should be miles ahead of Upmind and they are a known entity.

I wanted to provide a quick update regarding Upmind. After some miscommunication and impatience on my part, I now realize that I didn't fully understand their challenges. I am happy to say that I have returned to Upmind and have learned that we can offer multiple data centers and different Enhance packages for the same Upmind plan. This was the main reason why I left originally, but it turns out that it is possible after all.

If anyone needs any help with Upmind in implementing this, please don't hesitate to reach out to me.
I tried WHMC, Blesta, plesk..and just can't. It's too painful.
Upmind suits the experience and look I expect from a good panel as far as Enhance integration is concerned.
And it's modular so I have disabled the support part for instance. I wanted something minimalistic.

Adrien Thanks for letting us know. Nothing in the market is like Upmind even though the development outside feels slow. I love their vision and I am confident that it will be an amazing tool to use in a year. You can post a tutorial to achieve different packages with different data centers in your original thread.

Adrien Great to hear it. Would you do a quick update on what you used to archieve this? Configurable options?

I have tried a few billing systems and so far they've been very and quick on fixing stuff (some times they've fixed it the same day), and their Enhance integration is very good (panel login for clients and everything).

I recently did a WHMCS to Upmind migration and their migration tool is just crazy =D I've never seen anything like that.

Sure. Meanwhile if you're in a hurry, the solution relies in the Product Attributes not the Options.
Make one Product Attribute category for each main product, then make the product attributes one by one before attaching the relevant product attributes to the relevant main products.
Ill show this in the tuto.
