Your feedback is appreciated, thanks- Upmind's invoicing system was designed from the start to not allow free changes due to this being a legal requirement in many countries, and having first-hand experience of problems (e.g., accounting/reporting inconsistencies) using other products for this very reason. But I recognise it's frustrating moving from such a platform where those sorts of things are allowed - we know we still have work to do on making it feel more intuitive while also keeping an immutable invoicing and credit note chain. Whilst we can't prioritise every feature request we receive, I am curious what customer feature you asked for that we didn't implement for you, if you wouldn't mind sharing here?

I'm sorry we misunderstood the excel spreadsheet you sent with your desired product catalogue setup and that after the back-and-forth you understandably came away frustrated; your ticket has given us some things to discuss internally particularly in terms of the product configuration flow and I do hope you'll give Upmind another look when we're out of Beta.
