mendozal Their support leaves on another planet. You ask A they reply B and trust me I am a patient and polite person. It is very rare to lose me. From the beginning, I sent them video after video demonstrating that, contrary to what they claim, you can only have one Upmind plan = one package in Enhance. It took them 4 days to eventually watch my video and acknowledge I was right. To give me max chances of success, I paid setup fees, monthly upmind fees, and white label fees (to demonstrate my willingness to be a client IF they helped properly).
We had already reduced my scenario to only 2 DC. We've removed the staging site idea because Upmind does def not enable you to provision multiple packages in Enhance for 1 Upmind plan.
At the moment, I find Upmind to be a good ticketing solution with CRM functions.
I quit because I am 46yo, with over 20 years of experience in building startups and businesses from scratch, and I now know and feel when it is time to stop.
You can see from the screenshot that Seb took me for a ride for three days, saying it was possible to eventually admit it wasn't. This happens; it's okay; all you can do is apologize to the other human being.
This morning, I walked up and read an email from another of their support members about staging site provisioning, despite the fact that we had clearly dropped this option earlier and were talking about two data centers per server. That was it; I quit.
There was also one very small reason/issue in UpMind I kept thinking of. UpMind = StablePoint and stablepoint is a WordPress hosting company. So basically, they would have all our customer data + they would give to Stablepoint a better Upmind version. I know I am being paranoid here, but still...
Having said that, even though I am disappointed and have lost a week of work, I wish Upmind much success and would be happy to try it again in 2024 based on all feedback.
