bluelinq-computers No. It is not crazy. The refactor of this level was bound to run into major issues in the real-world. What is crazy (amazing) is how quickly Enhance team is rolling out patches to address the bugs.
We so want to "jump in" and upgrade, however, we cannot afford the downtime after a year long transition from Plesk to Enhance. I need v. 12 to be "equal" in function and reliability to v.11. THEN I will upgrade immediately.
All that to say, hats off to the brave souls who plunged in first. I know you took a huge chance, and for some it has been fine, others are having issues. Thank you, thank you for being willing (even if you are currently griping) to step into the brave new world of v.12.
Also, thank you to the Enhance team for likewise being brave to realize the path forward (comparing Jan-March 2024 plans) was a major re-factor of the system. I know this has cost you much time and a lot of aggravation. Thank you for hitting the bugs as quickly as possible, and sloughing through the work of managing the customer-base while doing so.
