cPFence thank you. Is not an issue with the update itself but we have the cp on ubuntu 22 + we need to change provider + enhance tends to leave files here and there + we only have 6 websites so its easy for us.

They're in /etc/powerdns/zones. You can use these to synchronise to 3rd party DNS servers but they should not be manually edited as they are auto generated whenever the zone is updated or synchronised.

Terraform here we come.. well.. it's on my "fun" project list for another day anyway.. being able to have all DNS zones across all/any platforms in sync and tracked is the dream.. not there yet however.

alenguav It's actually very easy to upgrade to v12.. the upgrade is smooth with barely any downtime. The things we are discussing here are mostly bugs in v12 rather than things related to the upgrade process.

The ftpcd directory doesn't exist on my mail servers. Other than that error, everything went beautifully and I had no issues at all upgrading to v12.

Today may mark the 3rd day without new releases. I will give it two more days and will upgrade. Seems the team was able very quickly to resolve most of the problems. Hopefully that reduced their support backlog. Can't wait to try the control panel migration once Adam publishes the docs!

Added libnss3-dev and rsync as explicit dependencies of ecp-core package to aid when installing Enhance on minimal Ubuntu installations.
Adding a DNS server to an existing cluster now initiates a full sync of every zone
Added mitigation for Openlitespeed bug triggered when the server has a large number of virtual interfaces.

DracoBlue I was hoping to go this week too, buttttt I'm hoping to see resolution for the various backups issues going on first - like continued problems with dedupe, no logs, etc.

I'm probably going to keep my btrfs server running as is and see how that goes. Want to make sure there's no glaring issues with backups before taking the plunge.

Maybe 1 more week of wait 🙏

slimx Yes, has been for quite a few releases. There was a permissions issue on the Cloudflare key file.. you can see it was addressed here: https://community.enhance.com/d/2431-v120x-post-upgrade-common-issues-and-how-to-fix (9 days ago)

Yes. The existing keys that weren't visible after V12 suddenly appeared and started working again after that fix. No need to re-add or roll keys or anything.
