There is no need to update Ubuntu to apply the update, 22.04 is still LTS. If you do upgrade Ubuntu, once the release update it complete, make sure you reinstate the Enhance apt repository in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/enhance.list and replace any references to "jammy" with "noble". Then run: apt update apt install --reinstall ecp-php{56,70,71,72,73,74,80,81,82,83}
