i have 3 pages receiving an error 404
everything else is working so far. anyone else had this problem?

litespeed logs say: [38789] [T0] [HTAccess] Failed to open [/var/www/ID/public_html/domain.li/.htaccess]: Permission denied

fixed it withsudo chgrp -R www-data /var/www/ID/public_html/ and confirmed by adam

It looks like 12.0.23/24 contains some code that may be used facilitate control panel migration.. the documentation can't be far away. I don't have enough time to waste to try to work it out myself 😉

DracoBlue This updates are a little confusing with little info. Does this mean I am supposed to run apt update && apt upgrade on all servers and v12-upgrade fix-backup-permissions /backups on my backup server? or this applies to new installations and / or those that are yet to upgrade only?

I am still stuck at v12-upgrade fix-backup-permissions /backups on one of my backup server. It kept running for 5 hours and just to add to the complexity, I mistakenly killed the command. When I re-run, it started from beginning. Can anything be done for this?

Also, as per the documentation, I am still to run the following commands on my control panel:
v12-upgrade convert-all-bkupds
v12-upgrade update-all-website-backup-locations

My control panel is not showing any server details or website details. Will everything work as expected when I run the above two commands? or I messed up something?

Also, can I run the above two commands parallelly till v12-upgrade fix-backup-permissions /backups is running?

badboybackagain Everything should be working fine up to where you have reached with upgrade except backups. Try clearing your browser cache to see if it resolves. If not, raise a ticket. The fix backup can take a long time to finish. You just have to wait for it to finish. You can use screen in that case to reconnect back in case you loose connection.

DId anyone have a freeze happen while running v12-upgrade convert-all-ftps on an application server? Steps to fix? I do have a support ticket open. It completed fine on all servers except one and is stuck at "We have password"

rrgreene Yes, me. Ctrl + C and retry v12-upgrade convert-all-ftps, it should help.
