Inconsistent Login Experience [FIX INCLUDED]

I'm experiencing persistent login problems with no clear error messages when attempting to access the control panel:

Login Button Issue

I enter my correct username and password (I use Bitwarden password manager)
When I click the login button, nothing happens
No error messages appear
The page remains unchanged with no indication of processing

Workaround & 2FA Problem

If I refresh the page (usually takes multiple attempts), I occasionally get past the login screen/the login button functions as expected.
When this happens, I'm prompted for a 2FA code (expected behavior), however, the 2FA code from my 2FAS app doesn't work
I've tried waiting for new codes (every 30 seconds) with no success. The error message displayed shows the code is invalid.

Has anyone else encountered these issues or found a solution? I'm unable to access my account despite having the correct credentials. I've opened a support ticket but haven't heard back yet so I decided to post here.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

bluelinq-computers are you using OLS in the control panel server?

I also experience these kind of issues with OLS 1.8.3 and a temporary fix is to restart the open litespeed service

It's probably related to OLS 1.8.3, but we didn't have time to investigate it further. If confirmed, we will downgrade to version 1.8.2.

To disable 2FA run:

ecp disable2-fa youremail@mail.com

Have you tested if it's a browser cache or extension conflict? Try an incognito browser.

mendozal OLS is running on the control panel server. I will ssh and restart the service. Will give an update momentarily.

same issue for me with OLS 1.8.3 but i press f5 and then I can login.

This is a bug in Openlitespeed 1.8.3.1 and their proxy handling - they are sending a duplicate \r\n which means that one of the request headers ends up the request body and breaks the JSON parsing. We are working on a reproducible demo of the issue then we will raise it with OLS.

I'd suggest changing the web server on your control panel server to Apache or commercial Litespeed as a quick fix.

Openlitespeed have responded to our bug report and have released 1.8.3.2 (package name is 1.8.3-2) and this has fixed. If you update, it should fix the problem.
