Once again, though we plan to utilize this feature for all our direct customers some of our agencies who utilize a vm with a DEDI package have openly stated, this needs to be an optional feature, because customers do stupid things... Yes, and so do agencies/resellers.
I also agree that finding the download on the 3 dots a the huge upload button on the main panel are simply misplaced and frankly non-intuitive. I had our staff and all our agency heads check this out yesterday, and not ONE found the download button without some prompting.... Apparently, we were all blind.
I would prefer that the placement of these be on a separate menu similar to backup menu, and then once placement is finalized based on community input, this feature be something that can be turned on or off. It could be Site Archive or something...
Some have said being able to turn this off is a way to "keep customers" - well, perhaps, but when agencies utilize an Enhance based hosting company, they should have the option to turn this much needed feature on/off per package at the customer level.
Overall, I like the thoughts @dalet11 noted, and do like what you indicated that @leighharr & @Kosta suggested.
