@kyzoeadmin, Here is what @PradeepC might be referring to. Correct me if I am wrong!
- Selling a Reseller 10 package: When the reseller orders and the package is set on Enhance, he gets 10 customer accounts by default with lets say 100 GB storage. Now the reseller realises that he can to add more accounts here, and he needs another 10 customer accounts.
With the current Enhance setup, we have to force the customer to migrate to Reseller 20 package, as we cannot override the customers field in that package. (Currently you are allowed to override the vCPU, Nproc, etc., per account.)
@PradeepC wants the customers field editable so that on request more customer accounts can be added to that single reseller package if needed by the reseller.
The functionality is similar to cPanel accounts that are sold today. If you need more cPanel accounts, you can add more at a minimal cost. Similarly, we as hosting providers should be able to do that function as well with Enhance.
@Adam and @Aliysa_Enhance This seems to be a fairly simple functionality, where the customer accounts should be configurable/overrideable by the hosting company for the reseller without asking him to upgrade the package.
