If this were to be a thing in the Enhance focus at some point, we would only utilize it if this were a "role" similar to how other services are currently handled. It is a nice idea to provide a DEDI package that offered docker, but there would need to be a robust management interface for admin/end-user.
We currently setup docker systems for our clients only as required, and they are locked tightly behind firewalls, with various reverse proxy systems as required by the client's needs to expose their interfaces.
