Hi evonet, if you want to participate, there are also other open discussions on the subject:
https://community.enhance.com/d/494-v2-litespeed-openlitespeed-config-settings-920-core/29
Furthermore, if you want, there is also a request to be able to add the functionality of persistent changes to the Open Lite Speed Web Server Configuration file (this change would work for everything, therefore also for changes made via .htaccess).
If you want you can vote for it by simply adding a "like" to the first post and adding a "+1" as a reply, I'll leave you the request link below:

Hoping to have been useful to you, I wish you a good day and good work.
Please note:
With the latest updates that you can view here ("10.2 Core" - "AppcD 2.2.0")

The possibility has been added to automatically reload the Open Lite Speed (OLS) Web Server every time changes are made to your .htaccess file.
This is an excellent solution, although the other problem still remains linked to the fact that all the changes made to the Open Lite Speed (OLS) Web Server Configuration File are not persistent.
So for example and just to mention one reason, even if there are many others (such as security, optimizations, customizations etc., etc.), Open Lite Speed (OLS) Web Server does not support all the codes that Apache supports in the .htaccess file, I was saying, if you use the Open Lite Speed (OLS) Web Server with the Enhance Control Panel, you cannot even modify the HTTP Headers including, therefore, the Security Headers ( unless you want to modify the HTTP Headers via using PHP although this technique is deprecated and not preferred and if you use WordPress for your websites to do this also via PHP or via .htaccess there is a Free Plugin that does this allowing you, at least, to save a lot of time and it's called HTTP Headers https://wordpress.org/plugins/http-headers/ ).
I hope that the Enhance Control Panel Developer Team ( @Adam and @Aliysa_Enhance ) listens to this request, which is not just my request, as it is a function that many would like as it is truly essential to be able to make the best use of the Open Lite Speed Web Server and unfortunately a Web Server that doesn't have the possibility to be able to be configured is useless just because of the very nature of the Web Server that needs to be able to be configured according to its specific use cases that always change over time.
