twest where do these ppl come from with such a sense of entitlement? It's baffling.
Tech Karens. They are used to complaining to get their way and have absolutely no understanding how technology or development works. Since they are always right, you can't reason or troubleshoot with them. They just shut down with "well it should work" "is it fixed yet?" no its not because they refuse to provide useful info or they want the impossible... like a good experience on lightsail.
I once had a client who insisted that a .txt file could have formatting and gave me a bad review because when he opened a txt file that my program exported on another computer, the "formatting" was different. Obviously... that "formatting" is just notepad's font setting. I explained that so clearly and suggested a different file type. He said only a txt file is acceptable for compatibility and I'm lying about txt files...
These people would argue with a doctor that they don't need their completely black limb amputated...
