that word, "transparency" simply does not apply. Enhance is not a government organization, it is a for-profit business, and by the very nature of IP (intellectual property) there will be times, as well as details that will NEVER be transparent.
I am so sick of that word being circulated when dealing with a closed-source product.
Feel free to be upset about public promises and changes to roadmap, but give the word "transparent" a rest when dealing with for-profit companies.
I would NEVER reveal my future business plans to my customers until such time as those plans are ready to be revealed, nor would I provide my customers "transparent" details about every process - particularly internal ones - related to our business.
No doubt many of you who believe everything must be "open" and "transparent" will disagree. So be it. I am a voice from a different opinion and business model.
