adil If Enhance, as it is right now, works for you, then great — enjoy it. If it doesn't, that's fine too — there are other options out there. No need to keep circling the same complaints over and over. Let's either be constructive or move on.

The migration from v11 to v12 just wasn't handled properly. There was lots of issues that could have been prevented. I think that needs to be made clear to the core team. There are other products out there that would have done a better job, and CONSTRUCTIVE feedback is important so that there isn't a repeat. A good example is the S3 backups from v11 aren't migrated to v12, seems like a pretty big blindspot.

I want Enhance to be successful, but if they can't handle feedback or take ownership when they fail then how can they succeed?

That has been done pretty clearly. Can we move on now? You use a lot of words, but are mostly just repeating what has been said already somewhere else.

Hopefully it can be addressed by applying the forum guidelines to participation around here. It's become a frustrating place to participate in a productive way with the relentless repetitive negatively from a small handful of users.

cPFence Constant negativity on the forum is affecting Enhance’s sales and driving people away.

Wouldn't that be a sign that something is wrong and needs to be changed or addressed? At this point, can you recommend Enhance to anyone? Past recommendations are coming out of the woodwork, asking what's happening, and posting links to this thread.

100% this - Please can we start to use this community for it's intended purposes and make it a productive place to share information, ideas, and knowledge, instead of a place to repetitively complain, whine, and demand things (mostly in a passive aggressive and not productive at all way).
