Zoinkies Hi, I can't find an open ticket regarding these issue, please drop support an email and we'll happily take a look into this for you. I can see in the past that we helped resolve an issue with needing to restart PHP due to missing packages - same issue?

xyzulu I am still confused though, you confirm some of the high priority bugs that have existed since v12, but language packs and minor enhancements are all we seem to see these days.

It's down to prioritisation again. Fixes, along with enhancements have been included in each release since 12.0.30. They are not enhancements or fixes for bugs which have got the most airtime on the forum but, they touch the most customers (for example less than 20% of our user base uses S3), are end user facing, cause tonnes of support, help meet commercial goals etc. It's a balancing act and there are only so many dev hours in a sprint. We're getting to them, I promise you that.

Jordan ou're pushing your requirements, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea for the entire customer base at this time.

You clearly have not experienced the issues end users get, not your fault, when your customers suffer from serious hack or infections and when they need to restore only specific parts and not the whole god damn website along with 5-6 rapidly changing sub domains then you'll understand the importance of such a insignificant feature..

i was there buddy, i was there in everyone's shoes, when you you work for years and years you see all the things you once thought would not exist in real world...

this is the problem with most community members here, they just can't see and accept that enhance is not listning to users and yes, they should've done it way before and im not asking to deliver this feature tomorrow im not delusional...

I’m sorry to jump in but, we do listen. There is a very big difference between ‘not listening’ and ‘not basing the roadmap purely on requests from the forum’.

Each request and issue highlighted on the forum is investigated and logged our side, we’d be silly not to do this. User feedback is essential to our product strategy - it’s combined with a wider picture which may make it feel muddled to some.

TBH, I'm not bothered by UI bugs, i can live with it (coming from a person who loves things to keep tidy, organized but anyway)

But, i strongly believe that if you have operationally strong product, you can pitch in with confidence...

If you survay this forum you'll realize that many users are complaining about waiting for features which they shared interest many months ago, way before v12..

I think i gave too much of my valuable time.. This conversation will not end so i think i have to back off from this conversation for now, you guys are doing great i just wanted to see enhance become powerful cp and we all can grow alongside...

Aliysa_Enhance Aliysa, I appreciate you jumping in and taking the time to respond, but I have to respectfully disagree. I don’t believe Enhance truly listens. And I mean really listens. It feels like the threads, the concerns, and the feedback aren’t even being read carefully.

People here are raising real issues. We’re not just talking about feature requests; we’re talking about serious concerns about the future of Enhance, and by extension, the future of their businesses. This is not just about convenience; it’s about trust, stability, and confidence in a product we rely on.

Look at the last year: What meaningful features have been released that people have actively asked for and are now using? One? Two? Three? Maybe ten at best? That’s not enough for the pace this industry moves at. And please don’t get me wrong, I love Enhance. I think it’s a fantastic panel, and the level of support has been great. But that alone isn’t enough if we don’t see real, tangible change.

When I look at other panels and see how frequently they’re updated, how many new features they roll out, I can’t help but ask … why isn’t Enhance keeping pace? Why does it feel like the same issues remain open for years? I’m sorry, but saying “we’re working on it” or “it’s being considered” just doesn’t cut it anymore.

There are open-source projects maintained by a single person that move faster, fix bugs quicker, and implement new features more efficiently. That’s hard to ignore.

So please … spare us the corporate speak. We don’t need reassurances that things are being logged or considered. We need action. We need results. We need to see that Enhance is listening, not just be told that it is.

To those saying “if you don’t like it, leave” … I get where you’re coming from, but that attitude helps no one. The reason I’m speaking up is because I care about Enhance. If I didn’t like it, I wouldn’t waste my time here giving feedback or pushing for improvement … I’d just quietly leave and move on.

But I want Enhance to succeed. I want it to be the best it can be, not just for me but for everyone using it. Healthy criticism and feedback aren’t about tearing things down … they’re about building things up, making them better.

Saying “just leave” shuts down important conversations that could actually help move the product forward. If we all did that, there wouldn’t be a community at all.

I’m here because I believe in Enhance. I just want to see it live up to its potential.

Last Year we gave up on Virtualizor and Softaculus for similar reasons, and moved to open source alternatives.

We wanted to do the same for Cloudlinux + DA, when enhance pop up and offered what we lacked the MOST,easy migrations (which are not a complete feature yet unfortunately but they do work), i personally contacted support and i asked for some Features, NEXT release they added them, i was so happy, finally a product that worth sharing profit from our sales with, so we decided to move some test clients (Thank god not all clusters). That was the last time i was happy with enhance.

Now i understand that things can go really wrong, it seems they run out of Funds, new investor came in so there was probably a big change and all that while cooking v12, things went to POT, i am not gonna spent more time on that though because is not my point, my point is that Enhance is still a Promising Product.

I hope they become more transparent and stop the corporal fluff.

All that being said we set a Deadline for enhance, and if nothing moves we will invest on opensource solution and built on top of that but there is no stress anymore Enhance still runs with beta clients, and the rest are on stable cluster

I am gonna though repeat that i still believe there is Future, and it worth to wait at-least until after the summer.

The lack of an option to change your own email password via webmail that is not yet natively available in Enhance is insane.

I don't know why they didn't make this a high priority.

It violates privacy laws on several levels.

😆 Every time I hop on the forum to check for some cool community projects, new tips, or just general updates about Enhance, it's always just negativity everywhere. Honestly, it just drags you down and makes you wonder why you even bother sometimes.

Yeah, we all know things have been slower lately with new features and bug fixes — no one's denying that. But constantly bringing it up every couple of days isn't helping anyone.

If Enhance, as it is right now, works for you, then great — enjoy it. If it doesn't, that's fine too — there are other options out there. No need to keep circling the same complaints over and over. Let's either be constructive or move on.

It's only the same 3 or 4 people. There are forum rules/guidelines that could be uses to encourage these few users to curb their bad behaviour.

If this forum has "negativity" you guys should sew any game related forum when a release is disappointing. No one here is threatening the devs at least yet lol.
