prasad0889 I do not see this request as urgent but rather a small bug which can be fixed in a timely manner in a few months.
JohnB Since the issue is urgent and needs FIXED why not spin up a new server as a test and send them the HAR request so they can actually help. A screenshot showing the result of the issue doesn't help them troubleshoot what caused it.
I gave them server access two months ago when I first encountered the issue. They said it was a Cloudflare problem and would be resolved soon. And, I turned off the CF cache and updated the firewall, Now, CF is no longer a barrier.
The same issue happened again, so I posted here. Adam asked for a HAR file after I switched to OLS and Hosted a Production WooCommerce site. I couldn't provide the HAR file this time but sent a screenshot (I have). I'll provide the HAR file next time I set up a new server.
Why "URGENT" Word????
I added "URGENT" just to draw attention, not to rush a fix. I just wanted to highlight that others are facing the same problem (Not only me). It worked, and I hope it gets fixed soon in future update.
Enhance is working well, and Adam's support has been great. I appreciate.
